The Concept Behind the Project:
Mishmar HaSharon Kibbutz approached us with a request to establish a comprehensive security system that would provide full coverage for all critical sites and areas within the kibbutz. The objective was to implement an advanced security system that would ensure the safety of the residents while utilizing cutting-edge technologies and real-time data analysis capabilities.
Our Process
Mapping and Collaboration with the Kibbutz Security Officer: We initiated the project with close collaboration with the kibbutz security officer. Together, we analyzed the kibbutz map, examined all high-risk areas, and fed the data into an advanced analytical system. Each zone was assessed based on various criteria, including access points, exposed pathways, public spaces, and residential areas.
Tailored Security Planning for Multiple Sites: Based on the collected data, we designed a comprehensive security plan customized for each location within the kibbutz. Every site was given individual attention, with advanced security cameras strategically installed to match the area's layout and risk level. The system was optimized to ensure complete coverage of the entire kibbutz.
Implementation of an Intelligent Analytical System: The security system we installed integrates cutting-edge visual analysis technology powered by artificial intelligence. These cameras do more than simply record footage—they are equipped with software capable of detecting suspicious movements and sending real-time alerts. Every alert is immediately transmitted to the security team, enabling rapid and precise response.
Integration and Maintenance of Alarm Systems: In addition to the surveillance cameras, we implemented an advanced alarm system that was integrated into key stations and high-risk areas across the kibbutz. Each alarm system was tailored to the specific security needs of its location—ranging from internal alarms for buildings to external alarm systems for open areas. These systems operate in sync with the cameras and the kibbutz’s internet infrastructure, enabling remote control and monitoring from any location.

Main Challenges During the Work:
Installation of Highly Stable Camera Poles:
Every camera was mounted on a 5-meter-high pole, with concrete casting for maximum stability. The installation process involved deep excavation to ensure the poles were securely anchored, providing an elevated vantage point for broad coverage and seamless integration with the overall security system.
Independent Energy System:
Certain areas of the kibbutz presented challenges in terms of power supply for the surveillance system. To guarantee a stable and self-sufficient solution, we installed solar panels and battery storage systems to power the cameras without relying on the local electricity grid. This ensured continuous system operation under all weather conditions and at any time of day.
The Outcome:
The security system established in Mishmar HaSharon Kibbutz delivers a highly intelligent and comprehensive solution. The cameras and integrated systems operate autonomously, with the ability to analyze and identify threats in real time, ensuring swift and efficient responses. Every aspect of this project was meticulously designed to enhance the sense of security for kibbutz residents while providing immediate solutions for emergency situations.
